CBTalents is hiring a Customer Specialist in Portugal to support customers across orders, accounts, and services via phone, email, chat and other channels. You will deliver polite, precise and proactive assistance to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Fluent French required (C1/C2). EU citizenship or Portuguese residence permit expected. Relocation support and hybrid work are offered to enable a healthy balance between collaboration and autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen to customers and identify the best solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints professionally and calmly.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support is needed.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute feedback for service improvements.
• Keep knowledge up to date through training and learning.
