Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.

The role is remote within Portugal, with relocation support for eligible candidates. You will work in French and English, handle cases, record and update tickets, and follow up as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer service experience welcomed but not required.
• Sales experience a plus but not required.
