Hiring International is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join its international, fast-paced team in Portugal. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Porto or Lisbon, with occasional Porto office visits once every three months.

You will provide technical assistance to customers in French, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality experience through clear communication.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C2 French
• English at B2 level or higher
• Basic knowledge of SQL is required
• Previous experience in technical customer support is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Use internal systems and databases to identify and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure excellent customer service

About The Role

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 French

• Basic knowledge of SQL is required
• Previous experience in technical customer support, IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with technical systems and digital tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Portugal, preferably in the Porto or Lisbon area

SQL Knowledge

You don't need to be an SQL expert. Basic SQL knowledge is sufficient, but you should be comfortable understanding simple queries and working with databases.
