Job summary

RDN Cons in Portugal is seeking motivated French-speaking candidates for an international technical support project. You will provide technical assistance in French, troubleshoot using MySQL, and collaborate with English-speaking developers from Porto.

This entry-level role offers a full-time contract, remote work after an initial Porto office-based training, accommodation support during training, paid onboarding, meal allowance, health insurance from day one, and holiday bonuses.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French, both written and spoken.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong MySQL knowledge – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Postman is an advantage.
• No previous professional experience required, but solid MySQL knowledge is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in technology and providing excellent customer support.
• Ability to attend initial office-based training in Porto.
• Availability for occasional on-site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in French to customers and English to developers via chat and voice.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL.
• Investigate customer enquiries and identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary.
• Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical information clearly.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer enquiries.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
