Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking French-speaking candidates with strong MySQL knowledge for an international technical support project in Portugal. This entry-level role welcomes recent graduates and offers initial office-based training in Porto, then a work-from-home arrangement with accommodation support during training.

You will support French-speaking customers and collaborate with English-speaking developers to resolve issues, using MySQL and maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French, both written and spoken.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong MySQL knowledge - mandatory.
• Familiarity with Postman is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in French to customers and English to developers via chat and voice channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL.
• Investigate customer enquiries and identify effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and elevate complex issues to the development team when necessary.
• Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical information clearly.
• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer enquiries.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
