This opportunity places you at the intersection of client experience, financial technology and account security. You will assist business clients with important account-related matters, guide them through digital payment processes and ensure every interaction is handled with clarity, accuracy and care.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting business clients across phone, email and chat
• Guiding clients through account-related questions and payment processes
