Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat, primarily in French, for business clients regarding their payment accounts and solutions.
• Address and resolve client inquiries related to payment processing, account management, technical issues, and service features.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Technical Support, Sales) to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex client cases.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our payment solutions, processes, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• French: Fluent (written and spoken).
• English: Advanced (C1 level minimum, written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility: You must hold one of the following valid documents:
  • EU Citizenship.
  • Valid Portuguese Residency Card (valid for more than one year).
  • Refugee Card.
