As a core member of our support team, you will be the expert voice for our payment solutions clients, primarily serving the French market. Your mission will be to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient transaction experiences.

• Key Duties: Provide best-in‑class support for queries related to our payment products, encompassing everything from technical troubleshooting and system navigation to resolving billing and transaction disputes. You will communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and live chat in both French and English.
• Problem Solving: Act as a first‑line troubleshooter, quickly diagnosing issues with user accounts or payment processing flows and ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation to technical teams.
• Documentation: Accurately log all interaction details and solutions within our internal platforms to contribute to our knowledge base.

What We Need From You

• Language Mastery: Flawless proficiency in French (near‑native or native level) and advanced professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory.
