Trakstar is hiring an IT Helpdesk professional to join the Portuguese team and support reporting and operational tasks for France. The role requires 3+ years in technical support, strong data business knowledge, and fluent French and English.

A banking/insurance background is a plus, with Agile experience and solid communication skills. You will work in a dynamic team, enjoy permanent contract prospects, and receive tech equipment, health and life insurance, and professional growth opportunities

Qualificações

Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical support advisor.
Knowledge of Data business is mandatory.
Agile experience required.
Banking/insurance environment experience is a plus.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
Proven analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
Fluent in French and English.
