Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to join the Portuguese team to support reporting and operational management for France. You will handle complaints and questions, collaborate with the team, and apply customer relationship techniques with rigor. French language expertise is required.

Qualificações

One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking an IT Helpdesk to join the Portuguese team to help reporting and help with the operational management in France.

What will you do?

• Knowledge of customer complaints, questions and problems management techniques as well as call taking management


• Ability to collaborate/work in a team, adaptability and be results-oriented


• Putting into practice customer relationship techniques, rigor and resilience


• Use of management and decision-making tools


• French as a mother tongue / fluent


• Good command of computer tools

What are we looking for?

• An experience of minimum 3 years as technical support advisor


• A good knowledge of Data business is mandatory


• A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus


• Good written and oral communication skills (in \"FRENCH\")


• Proven analytical and organizational skills


• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.


• Fluent in French
