FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician for an international fintech company specializing in cloud-based accounting solutions. This fully remote role is based in Porto, Portugal, with office attendance only once per quarter.

You will handle Level 3 technical issues via phone, email and chat, troubleshoot complex inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Training is fully paid and the contract lasts 12 months.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve complex incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in training sessions.
