Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Passion for gaming, technology and consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account management, login and payment inquiries.
• Troubleshoot gaming/console/software issues and guide setup and troubleshooting.
• Document interactions and follow support procedures; escalate complex cases.
