Product Pulse is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a gaming project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries in French and English across phone, email, and chat, assisting with account management, payments, and troubleshooting.

The role offers onboarding, relocation support, private health insurance from day one, and a vibrant international team with rotating shifts in a modern Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfortable using multiple digital tools and support systems.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules within business operating hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
• Provide information and assistance before and after product purchases.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused experience throughout every interaction.
