CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting gaming project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a salary of 1,059.34 € with room included, and relocation support including accommodation for candidates moving from abroad.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account management, login and payment inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software and devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures.
