Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting gaming project based in Lisbon, Portugal. If you're passionate about gaming and technology, join an international team supporting players worldwide and handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat in French and English.

You will assist with account management, login, and payments, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through setup

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures.
• Elevate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up.
