CloserHire is recruiting for French-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an exciting gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist players with account management, payments, and technical issues across phone, email, and chat. The role offers relocation support, private health insurance from day one, and a comprehensive onboarding program.

The position is full-time, office-based in Lisbon with rotating weekday shifts and opportunities to develop within a global, multicultural team.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Passion for gaming, technology and electronics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with multiple digital tools and support systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules within business hours.
• Office-based position in Lisbon, Portugal with relocation support and training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account management, login, and payments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with gaming consoles, software, and devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Document interactions and follow internal support procedures.
• Escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Deliver a professional, friendly, customer-focused experience.
