Rdn Cons in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking French-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international gaming project. This onsite role offers a fully paid relocation package and permanent accommodation.

As a Customer Support Agent you will assist players with account, product and technical questions across phone, email and chat in French and English, delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent French required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in gaming, technology and consumer electronics.
• Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist French-speaking players with account, product and technical questions.
• Provide support via phone, email and chat in French and English.
