Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account management, login and payment inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software and devices.
• Guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in French and English, assist players with account management, login, and payment-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues involving gaming consoles, software, and connected devices, guide customers through product setup, installation, synchronization, and troubleshooting, provide information and assistance before and after product purchases, and accurately document customer interactions and follow internal support procedures.

Less often, you'll also upscale complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up, and deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native-level fluency in French, good command of English, both written and spoken, passion for gaming, technology, and consumer electronics, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory, comfortable using multiple digital tools and support systems, and ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
