100Hires, Inc. is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a global gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal. This onsite role includes a fully paid relocation package and permanent accommodation, with comprehensive onboarding and product training.

You will handle French and English inquiries across phone, email and chat, assisting players with account management, payments and technical issues while maintaining a friendly, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent French is essential.
• Strong command of English is required.
• Demonstrated interest in gaming, technology or consumer electronics.
• Prior customer service or tech support experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat in French and English.
• Assist players with account, product and technical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot gaming consoles, software and connected devices.
• Guide customers through product setup and installation.
• Escalate complex cases per internal procedures.
