100Hires, Inc. is seeking a fluent French-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international gaming project in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is onsite with paid relocation and permanent accommodation.

You will assist French-speaking players with account, product and technical inquiries across phone, email and chat, while delivering friendly, professional support and documenting interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Providing customer support via phone, email and chat in French and English
• Assisting players with account management, login and payment-related inquiries
• Troubleshooting issues involving gaming consoles, software and connected devices
• Guiding customers through product setup, installation and synchronization

• Escalating more complex cases when necessary
