This onsite role includes a fully paid relocation package and permanent accommodation, offering an exciting path to blend gaming passion with a customer support career. You will assist French-speaking players with account, product and technical questions across phone, email and chat, while documenting interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and able to communicate clearly with players.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in gaming, tech and consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide French-speaking customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist players with account, product and technical questions.
• Troubleshoot gaming consoles, software and connected devices.
• Document interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
