CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking a customer support specialist to provide after-sales and technical assistance to customers by phone, email, and chat. You will guide users on product use, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high-quality service standard.

This full-time on-site role offers a total compensation of 1,059.34 € with room, meal allowance, health insurance from day one, paid training, and a structured onboarding process within a multicultural team.

What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be provide after-sales and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, assist users with repair inquiries and troubleshooting, including guidance on product use, handle complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring a high-quality experience, collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service processes, collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and performance goals, and maintain professionalism and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
