TeamViewer GmbH in Porto is seeking an Enterprise Account Specialist who speaks French to own and grow strategic accounts across EMEA. You will manage renewals, drive revenue expansion and deliver compelling product demonstrations to illustrate TeamViewer’s value.

This quota-carrying role requires collaboration with Account Managers and Sales Engineers, strong CRM discipline in Salesforce, and the ability to forecast weekly while reducing churn and maximizing customer success.

Formación

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• 1-3 years in quota-carrying or pipeline-generating roles in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with Salesforce recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Own renewal opportunities for enterprise customers across EMEA.
• Forecast renewals weekly with Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Grow revenue within book via seat expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and value conversations with Sales Engineering support.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate opportunity stages.
