TeamViewer, a leading Digital Workplace provider, is seeking a renewal and account-growth specialist to manage an assigned book of enterprise customers across EMEA from Porto, Portugal. You will own renewals, forecast weekly with Account Managers, and drive retention and expansion.

The role requires English fluency, 1–3 years in SaaS sales or renewals, and comfort with CRM processes (Salesforce). You will run proactive renewal cycles, demonstrate value, and collaborate across teams to maximize

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• 1–3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role in SaaS/tech.
• Experience progressing SDRs to account ownership is encouraged.
• Able to own retention and expansion targets with weekly forecasts.
• CRM discipline with Salesforce experience preferred.
• Clear, confident communicator by phone, video and email.

Aufgaben

• Own renewals, growth, and day‑to‑day relationships for enterprise customers in EMEA.
• Forecast renewals weekly with Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Grow revenue via seat expansions, add‑ons, licenses, and upsell opportunities.
• Hold regular customer conversations to understand adoption and priorities.
• Deliver product demos and value conversations with Sales Engineering support.
• Identify larger opportunities and hand off to the Account Manager or Executive.
• Coordinate with Support and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain ownership flow and CRM discipline across teams.
• Contribute to a high‑activity, collaborative team environment.
