Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a quota-carrying Renewal Manager to own the renewal, growth and day-to-day relationship for an assigned book of enterprise customers across EMEA. You will forecast renewals weekly with Account Managers and Account Executives, and be measured on reducing churn and expanding revenue within your book.

This role delivers product demonstrations and value conversations for TeamViewer functionality, coordinates with Support and other teams, and targets upsell opportunities through

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• 1–3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, renewals, customer success or account management.
• SaaS or technology experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with renewals, forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Ability to manage a high-volume customer book and discuss straightforward commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal opportunities in Salesforce from outreach through closed renewal.
• Run a proactive renewal cycle with defined owners and next steps.
• Grow revenue through seat expansion, add-ons, license upgrades and upsell opportunities.
• Hold regular customer conversations to understand adoption, priorities and risks.
• Deliver product demonstrations and value conversations for TeamViewer features and integrations.
