Job summary

TeamViewer GmbH in Porto, Portugal, seeks an Enterprise Account Specialist (French speaking) to own renewals, growth, and day-to-day relationships across EMEA. The role is quota-driven and requires proactive account management to reduce churn and expand revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

You will conduct product demonstrations, leverage CRM data, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer value and successful renewals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• 1-3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with CRM and forecast discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal, growth, and day-to-day relationship for enterprise customers across EMEA.
• Forecast renewals weekly with Account Managers/Executives; reduce churn and grow revenue.
• Deliver product value demonstrations and coordinate with Sales Engineering for complex needs.
• Identify larger opportunities and hand off to Account Manager or Executive when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Support and internal teams to resolve issues; maintain CRM discipline.
