TeamViewer in Porto seeks an ambitious Renewal Specialist to own the renewal and expansion of enterprise customers in EMEA. You will forecast renewals weekly and collaborate with Account Managers to reduce churn and grow revenue.

This quota-carrying role requires fluent Italian and English, CRM discipline, and SaaS experience. You will conduct product demonstrations, manage renewals in Salesforce, and coordinate with support to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Formación

1–3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role such as inside sales or account management.
SaaS or technology experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with CRM systems and forecast accuracy is valued.

Responsabilidades

Own renewal opportunities in Salesforce from outreach through renewal.
Drive proactive renewal cycles with clear ownership and next steps.
Grow revenue through seat expansion, add-ons and upsell.
Maintain regular customer conversations to identify adoption and growth opportunities.
Deliver product demonstrations and value conversations with Sales Engineering support.
Coordinate with Support and other teams to escalate issues.
Ensure clean handoffs between specialist desk and account owners.
Contribute to a high-activity team with CRM discipline.
