TeamViewer GmbH in Porto is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist – Renewals (French Speaking) to manage renewals, preserve ARR, and drive expansion through smart cross- and upselling in a hybrid work setup.

You will engage with a diverse, international customer base, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging IT/SaaS knowledge to deliver exceptional service while growing the customer relationship across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years in sales, customer retention or service, preferably renewals.
• Experience in IT environment with SaaS knowledge.
• Strong communication and international team mindset.
• Customer-centric and results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Renewal process execution to retain/expand ARR
• Identify risk and coordinate mitigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Develop relationships with customers via phone and email
