Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist – Renewals (French Speaking) in Porto to manage renewals, build relationships, and drive expansion through smart cross- and upselling.

The role is hybrid with onsite onboarding and a focus on the French-speaking customer base across the EMEA region. Fluent French and English are mandatory, with 1-2 years in sales and a SaaS IT background.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with a focus on renewals
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Experience in IT environment with SaaS knowledge
• University or college degree in Business/Marketing or similar

Responsibilities

• Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
• Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externally
• Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and email
• Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
• Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
