David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join the Porto team. The role is remote with an initial 6-month contract and potential extension, supporting French-speaking customers across channels including phone, email and chat.

Key requirements include native French, at least B2 English, and proven customer service experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 with possible late shifts to 21:00; a dynamic, supportive team environment is offered

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in French (verbal and written).
• Fluent in English (minimum B2).
• Ability to listen actively, identify and explain product knowledge with clarity.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in stressful situations.
• Previous contact centre or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media.
• Assist merchants with questions about products and services.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase customer happiness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and other departments.
