Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon office. The role involves handling customer queries via email and chat, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering to improve service quality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring native French and fluent English, with initial training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in French (C2) and English (B2)
• Experience in paid campaign management
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Background in Digital Marketing
• Experience in a Contact Centre or service environment in Ad Tech
• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Take an active role from day one to identify opportunities to enhance service quality and elevate user experience.
• Manage and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support cases via email and chat.
• Own each query and collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with quality case handling and timely updates.
• Meet service level commitments across channels and improve resolution times.
• Educate advertisers on product features and best practices with internal experts
