Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative based in Porto to join our international team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering high-quality support to customers.

This on-site role requires native or fluent French, good English, and a customer-focused mindset. Training is provided, and you will work in a dynamic, international environment with ongoing support.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French speaker.
• Good command of English (B1+ or higher).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must already be residing in Porto.
