Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international energy-sector team in Guimarães, Portugal. The role starts on-site for training with the possibility of remote work after 3–4 months, offering 40 hours per week and rotating shifts.

You will handle French customer inquiries via phone and back-office channels, maintain high service levels, and support sales activities as needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) is required.
• Good computer and digital skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset is required.
• Previous customer service, call centres, sales, or customer support experience is an advantage.
