Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking customer support specialist in Guimarães, Portugal. You will assist customers by phone and through back-office channels, understand needs, and recommend solutions while handling complaints with a professional approach.

The role offers a paid training program, collaboration with an international team, and potential remote work after initial training. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.
