CB Talents is hiring French-speaking Customer Support Specialists in Guimarães, Portugal. The role requires fluent French and full-time work, with on-site start and a transition to hybrid/remote after 3–4 months.

You will assist customers across inquiries, address needs, and promote products within a high-impact energy project. We offer a competitive base salary, a monthly production bonus for the first six months, a meal allowance, and a clear path for career growth.

Formación

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) required for written and spoken communication.
• Must reside in Portugal to be eligible for the role.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) with on-site start in Guimarães and potential hybrid/remote after 3–4 months.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via telephone and digital channels.
• Identify customer needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain high quality customer experience and handle objections professionally.
• Support sales-related queries and product promotions according to project goals.
• Utilize multiple digital tools and IT databases to manage cases.
