Cross Border Talents is hiring a French Customer Support Advisor for a fully remote role in Portugal. The position offers a comprehensive relocation package including accommodation and Portuguese courses, plus private health insurance and a performance bonus.

You will be trained and guided by managers and teammates, learning new processes, improving language and communication skills, and working with leading digital technologies in a multinational setting.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French (C2) both written and spoken.
• Possession of an EU passport or work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Handle order-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to resolve complex order-related issues and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Continuously strive to improve order support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
