Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Guimarães, Portugal, is hiring French-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an energy project. This is a full-time on-site role with the potential to remote after 3–4 months, and candidates must reside in Portugal.

Responsibilities include handling calls, managing requests, and providing solutions. The role requires French at C1/C2, strong communication, and a proactive customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken French, at C1 or C2 level.
• Good computer skills and confidence using digital tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and supporting customers.
• Availability to work full time with rotating shifts.
• Current residence in Portugal and the legal right to work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Manage customer requests through back-office channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate advice and solutions.
• Handle complaints and objections professionally.
• Carry out sales-related activities according to the project's needs.
• Use different IT systems and digital tools to manage customer enquiries.
