Daily duties include following up on open cases, escalation when needed, maintaining accurate case notes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Right to work in Portugal required; schedule includes 7:30am–6pm with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role.
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases.
• Right to work in Portugal without sponsorship.
