Job summary

BlueView Talent in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist for our E-Health Platform. You will provide support via phone, email, and live chat, helping users navigate the platform and resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow data protection procedures, and strive to meet service targets while staying updated on new features and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) is required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and user-focused support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with navigating the e-health platform, accessing features, and understanding services.
• Handle inquiries related to accounts, registration, login, appointments, and platform functionality.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Deliver accurate information while following internal procedures and data protection requirements.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate recurring issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and case resolution.
