BlueView Talent is recruiting a Customer Specialist to support users of a modern e-health platform. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, guiding users through features and resolving issues with a professional, empathetic approach.

This role is ideal for someone with 0–1 year in customer support, fluent French, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• 0-1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with account-related questions, platform functionality, services, and general inquiries.
• Guide customers through the e-health platform, explaining features and processes clearly.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, practical solutions.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve cases within SLAs.
• Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and response times.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform through ongoing training.
