Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly multi-channel support (phone, email, live chat) to platform users.
• Assist users with account questions and platform navigation.
• Guide customers through features and services with clear explanations.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions, escalating when needed.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems and collaborate with teams.
