Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and user-focused support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with navigating the e-health platform and understanding services.
• Handle inquiries related to accounts, registration, login, appointments, and platform functionality.
• Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide practical solutions.
• Deliver accurate information following internal procedures and data protection requirements.
• Handle concerns with empathy and maintain service quality.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Protect confidential user information in line with privacy policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate recurring issues and drive resolutions.
• Meet targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and productivity.
• Stay updated on platform updates and procedures through training.
