BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to support users of an innovative e-health platform. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, guiding users through features and resolving issues with professionalism.

Fluent French is required; EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is needed. 0–1 year experience is helpful in a fast-paced, international team offering hybrid work, competitive salary, bonuses, meal and transport allowances, and health & life

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Experience: 0-1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with account-related questions, platform functionality, services, and general inquiries.
• Guide customers through the e-health platform, explaining features and processes clearly.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, practical, and timely solutions.
• Record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Elevate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams.
• Work with internal departments to ensure cases are resolved within expected timeframes.
• Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality, and resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform through training and development.
