Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist for our international e-health platform. You will be a key contact for users, assisting via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, guiding them through features and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced digital environment, with hybrid work flexibility in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and able to communicate clearly.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency allowed to work in the country.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly, professional support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist users with account questions, platform functionality, services, and general inquiries.
• Guide customers through the e-health platform, explaining features and processes clearly.
• Identify customer needs and provide practical, timely solutions.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Elevate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams.
