• Deliver accurate information following internal procedures and data protections.
• Address user concerns with empathy and high service quality.
• Identify complex issues and escalate to technical teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Protect confidential user data in line with privacy policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues promptly.
• Meet targets for customer satisfaction, response times, productivity and quality.
• Stay updated on platform updates, new features and guidelines.
