Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Experience Associate in Braga. This on-site role focuses on delivering excellent support via phone, email and chat in French (C2 level) and internal communication in English (B2).

You will collaborate across departments, maintain records, and meet KPIs, with a 3-month trial leading to a permanent contract. Candidates should have a strong customer service mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Fluent French required (C2 level).
• English at least B2 for internal communication.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Willingness to work fixed Monday–Friday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email and chat in French.
• Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow internal procedures and meet quality standards and KPIs.
