Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Handle inquiries about accounts, products, services, orders and payments.
• Provide accurate information while following company guidelines and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions within agreed timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant departments when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Aim for KPIs on customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, response times and resolutions.
