Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in CS

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account-related matters, products, services, orders, and other requests.
• Listen to customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to company procedures.
