BlueView Talent in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Back Office Specialist to support daily operations by processing requests, updating records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work onsite, with fluent French (C1/C2) required; EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The role offers a competitive salary, meal allowance, transport support, and health and life insurance.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage administrative requests, documents, forms, and other operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Review, verify, and update customer, account, order, or business information in internal systems.
• Ensure data and documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Handle requests related to account updates, orders, cancellations, returns, payments, and other operational processes.
• Monitor ongoing cases and follow up on pending requests when necessary.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and take the appropriate steps to resolve it.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant actions and updates are properly documented.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate requests and ensure processes are completed within the required timeframe.
• Escalate complex, exceptional, or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Follow established procedures, company policies, quality standards, and data-handling guidelines.
• Meet KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, processing times, quality, and overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, systems, products, services, and procedures through ongoing training and development.
