Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Agent in Porto, Portugal. You will be the primary contact for customers across accounts, products, services, and orders, delivering effective solutions and a seamless support experience.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues across channels. Onsite office environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts, products, services, orders, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear and helpful instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and case resolutions using internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per company procedures.
• Work with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and excellent service delivery.
• Achieve KPIs related to service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with company products, policies, procedures, and best practices through training.
